Deposits are roughly half of the total cost of the stay mailed in the form of a check. Email/Phone reservations will be honored for 7 days to allow for receipt of the deposit check.

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded in full if we are able to rent the cabin over the same dates held for your reservation.

Weekend rentals require a 2 night minimum.

Major holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum.

Approved 1 night rentals will be charged an additional $20.00 cleaning fee.
